We believe that each person's journey is their own, and we respect that uniqueness. We work to help each person find their path to wellness in an environment and through methods that are comfortable and suited to them.

We believe that integrated wellness is right for everyone, and that it's evidenced-based successes stand separately from spiritual or personal belief systems. 

 

Our philosophy

Wellness is about balance of four key components: the physical, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual. All are interconnected, and wellness in one area precipitates wellness in another.

We all have different imbalances as a result of our unique life experiences. It is likely for this reason that our paths to healing are equally unique. Most often, an individual will come to us with one imbalance that is most prominent. For example, it could be physical or emotional in nature. Here are just a few examples of imbalances that Restored works to reverse:

Physical: eradicate illness or alleviate physical symptoms of pain

Emotional: Calm fears, reach acceptance, reduce anxiety, lift depression, overcome a personal loss, or grow personally

Mental (psychological): Release stress and anxiety, let go of destructive, negative thought patterns, attitudes or prejudices that hold you back.

Spiritual:  creating a loving and forgiving relationship with yourself, changing a restricting belief system, access greater self-expression and creativity
